At SHREEMVISHNUGEMS, we take pride in offering handcrafted crystals, and spiritual products, making each piece unique. However, due to the nature of our products, we request you to carefully review the policy below before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
While we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction, we cannot guarantee that every request for return, refund, or exchange will be accepted. All requests are reviewed in accordance with the terms mentioned below.
Eligibility :
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if :
⢠The product is damaged during transit, orĀ
⢠You receive an incorrect product
⢠Product not delivered
Mandatory Video Proof
Due to the nature of the products, videographic proof is mandatory to process any return or exchange request. This video must clearly show:
⢠The unboxing process
⢠The condition of the product
⢠The packaging and labels
Failure to provide valid video proof will result in rejection of the request, as the Company will be unable to evaluate the claim.
Timeframe
All return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product.
The product must be returned:
⢠In original condition
⢠With original packaging, tags, and certifications (if applicable)
Any tampering with the product or packaging may lead to rejection.
Exclusions
No return or exchange requests will be accepted after the 7-day period.
Categories Not Eligible for Return (Unless Damaged)
Returns are not accepted for the following categories unless the item is damaged in transit:

⢠Rakhi
⢠Products received exactly as ordered

Due to the nature of spiritual and handcrafted products, returns are restricted to prevent misuse or replacement with counterfeit or inferior items.
Refund Process
If your return request is approved :
⢠Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
Mode of refund :Ā Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds for payments made via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallets will be credited back to the same source account.
In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, the refund may be processed via bank transfer to the customer's registered bank account after verification.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval ,subject to bank processing timelines and public holidays.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, or wallets.
In exceptional circumstances where the original payment method is unavailable or the refund cannot be completed to the original source, the refund may be processed to the customer's verified bank account after appropriate verification and approval.
Refunds are typically processed within 5ā7 business days from the date of approval, subject to banking and payment gateway processing timelines.
Time Line for refund :
COD Orders : Refunds are credited within 5ā7 working days after approval to the respective person's Verified bank Account.
Prepaid orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking): Refunds are credited within 5ā7 working days after approval.
Exclusions for Returns or Exchanges
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

⢠Minor imperfections or packaging issues that do not affect product quality.
⢠Slight color, texture, or size variations due to lighting, screen resolution, or handcrafted nature
Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions before placing an order.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests may be considered only before dispatch, subject to order status. Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

Sale Items
All items purchased during sales or at discounted prices are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products.
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
