At SHREEMVISHNUGEMS, we take pride in offering handcrafted crystals, jewelry, and spiritual products, making each piece unique. However, due to the nature of our products, we request you to carefully review the policy below before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
While we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction, we cannot guarantee that every request for return, refund, or exchange will be accepted. All requests are reviewed strictly in accordance with the terms mentioned below.
Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged during transit, or
- You receive an incorrect product.
Mandatory Video Proof
Due to the nature of the products, videographic proof is mandatory to process any return or exchange request. This video must clearly show:
- The unboxing process
- The condition of the product
- The packaging and labels
Failure to provide valid video proof will result in rejection of the request, as the Company will be unable to evaluate the claim.
Timeframe
All return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product.
The product must be returned:
- In original condition
- With original packaging, tags, and certifications (if applicable)
Any tampering with the product or packaging may lead to rejection.
Exclusions
- No return or exchange requests will be accepted after the 7-day period.
Categories Not Eligible for Return (Unless Damaged)
Returns are not accepted for the following categories unless the item is damaged in transit:
- Customised Jewelry
- Beads Bracelets
- Crystal Trees
- Rakhi
- Products received exactly as ordered
- Gift Cards
Note:
Personalized products, custom-fit jewelry, bracelets, rings, or wearables made to specific sizes are non-returnable. Due to the nature of spiritual and handcrafted products, returns are restricted to prevent misuse or replacement with counterfeit or inferior items.
Refund Process
If your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
- Processing time: 10ā12 working days, subject to bank processing timelines and public holidays
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.
Important:
Refunds cannot be processed to any account other than the original source of payment.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders above ā¹2,00,000, additional documentation such as PAN Card and bank details may be required, in compliance with applicable laws. Refunds will be processed only if customer details match the original order records.
- Prepaid orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking): Refunds are credited within 5ā7 working days after approval.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.
Exclusions for Returns or Exchanges
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Minor imperfections or packaging issues that do not affect product quality
- Slight color, texture, or size variations due to lighting, screen resolution, or handcrafted nature
Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions before placing an order.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests may be considered only before dispatch, subject to order status. Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Sale Items
All items purchased during sales or at discounted prices are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products.
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Approved items must be shipped to:

Video proof is mandatory for all exchange requests.
Gifts
- If marked as a gift, store credit will be issued after return approval
- If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original payer only
International Orders (Outside India)
- Refunds for international orders are processed within 40ā45 days
- Customs duties, VAT, and import charges are non-refundable
- If an order is refused or cancelled after dispatch, all return shipping and customs charges will be borne by the customer
- Refunds are processed only after receipt of returned items
Customers must ensure correct declaration of product details during return shipping for customs clearance.
