In the event of an approved return and refund. the actual shipping and handling charges incurred by the Company for delivering the product may be deducted from the refundable amount, even if the order was originally shipped under a free shipping offer.

  The customer acknowledges and agrees that "free shipping" is a promotional benefit and does not imply that the Company incurs no shipping costs. Any shipping, courier, insurance, packaging, handling, or return logistics charges borne by the Company may be recovered from the refund amount wherever permitted under the applicable return and refund policy.

Non-Delivery & Returns

Cancellation Policy

At Shreemvishnugems (a brand operated by Inexwebtech/Vipin Kumar Yadav), customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

To cancel an order, please contact us at support@shreemvishnugems.com or call 8586915935 / 8929525935 as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. However, customers may be eligible for a return and refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
